Great back up service

I had a query regarding the efficacy of Sunlight Dishwashing liquid and posted my concerns on this platform. I received a call from Luciano Matroos on behalf of Unilever. I was most most impressed by his professionalism and effisiency in the way that he interacted with me. He also promised a follow up which he duly did. All companies can have concerns regarding products etc, however, the way that concerns are handled is what counts at the end of the day.
