Foul smelling Vaseline lotion .Case #: ***5

I bought a 625ml Vaseline intensive Cocoa Glow body lotion.And it smells like I just come out of a sangomas shrine ,smells like muthi.I provided all the details they wanted and from February I have been waiting for the courier company to contact me for collection,which they never did.Now they no longer respond to emails and I am stuck with a product I can't use.My patience has no been fruitful at all!
