Thank you for contacting me.Sorry about the misunderstanding.The issue has been resolved.I think the till attendants at the retailers should get better training - maybe ask the customer if it is a eezicoupon or a Unilever coupon. Thank you for bringing great products like Hellmans to SA! I will continue to use the deal coupons, great value for money. Thank you, Chris
