Faulty products and poor service

Last month a bought two faulty products at a retail outlet in PE .... I bought it because it was on special and still had at home
So after 9 days, when I started using it for the 1st time I noticed its faulty. The store said they cannot assist due to the fact that I waited 9 days to bring it back .... I contacted Unilever and A courier was sent to pick up the faulty products. A week later a got a Ycode to go and purchase two products again. Because the Manager from the store did not want to assist seing anything could have happend with the product whilst in my posession, according to him I checked the product in store .... the 1st 5 bottles I've checked were also faulty products, instead of being a gel it is watery ... and when I opened 1 bottel it spilled over my clothes !!! I would not deliberately spill it on myself, there is footage in store to go watch ! My clothes are damaged, I called unilever again, my clothing was collected from me, almost two weeks ago. I got a call now from Emelda saying that it was my own fault and her manager Claire said there is nothing they can do to assist. She cannot tell the auditors that I am claiming for my clothes after I've spilled it on myself. Firstly why did I have to check my product before I buy it, You are not suppose to sell faulty products in the 1st place. Omo bleach is a thick gel not supposed to be watery / runny. The manager not evan bothered to call me and is always in meetings!!

Still no reply from unilever !
Pathetic service !!!
