False advertising

<p>Surf washing powder is running a promotion promising consumers guaranteed airtime however I bought two packs and both codes returned error codes and no airtime was received. The promotion is meant to run until the 19th December but promo codes do not work and November is not even over!</p> <p>its appalling that such gimmicks are used to promote sales. Please don't lie to customers, it's really tacky!</p>
