False advertising

Hi my girlfriend entered a ponds competition to win a movie date for her and 4 friends. Yesterday they called her and said she had won the competition and then they will call her to confirm where she can pick up the tickets from. When they called her back they told her sorry they can't give her the tickets cause she didn't buy the ponds product from Clicks stores. She bought it from Game stores. There is nothing that states on the competition that you will only win if you buy from clicks stores
