expired materials

Unilever SA in Maydon Wharf is using expired chemicals in the manufacture of products. This issue has been going on for awhile, and the management is aware of the expired materials being used yet they are turning a blind eye on this. Ross Plumbley who`s the Sourcing unit director for this site is fully aware of this yet he`s doing nothing about it! Thando Mabandla who`s the Plant manager is also aware of this yet he`s doing nothing. What saddens me is the fact that unknowing consumers are the ones who will be affected, yet Unilever boasts about producing quality products for consumers! How are we supposed to be proud for working for Unilever knowing quite well that the products are *****ed. Its unfortunate that innocent people are going to lose their jobs because Thando and Ross want to cover this up. Enough is enough!! If this company is going to carry on using *****ed chemicals someone has got to stop this. What happened to the ethics of business practice? What about consumer safety? What about the quality of the products? I hope my complaint won`t fall on deaf ears
