Employee unfair treatment

treatment this company gives an individual for 10 years,they never grew or developed him for the past 10 years.This individual had moved leaving his family behind he help build the new facility (factory) today when his mentally unwell and has doctors letters, psychiatrist, occupational the****** he was also admitted into Akeso hospital.But what does this company does kick the individual when his down stop paying him his house is about to go,they refused to give him uniform forms or answer his question they send him to their own doctor to get him evaluated on weather or not his able to attend a hearing ? What for ?for being ill and I'm sure the popi act comes in to pay here as he didn't sign now paper work giving his consent we email management higher management no one wants to give us answers there is this person IRVIN NTHOLENG who is giving the individual a run around
