Disgruntled customer

A big thumbs down to Unilever and or Checkers , I went into 2 stores today (30/9/2018)last day to enter the Dawn lotion competition to win a prize to LA.Both the stores did not print out a qualifying slip for me to enter ,Carol from Rock cottage Checkers checked and phoned me back saying that her system was giving trouble!!!!! I went to Allen’s nek Checkers and once again no slip ( I got a really silly reply from the cashier )I credited the item back and NO I don’t have an entry into the competition and I won’t as it closes today ..........poor communication / systems /false advertising from Uniliever and Checkers ......disgruntled customer.
