Disappointed

I am very disappointed in this company, for such a big company and they still treat their customers like their complaints or anything is vaild.

I purchased Mince Mate and it did not taste the same as it normally does.

I complaint 2 days ago, provided all my information and I still have nothing. Now it the weekend. How long to wait now for feedback????
