Customer service non existant

I contacted Skip Intelligent Auto Washing powder 4 times to raise my concern about the product - the soap powder foams like hand washing powder, so much so that I have to do more rinses to eventually get rid of all the foam. I bought 3 x 3kg bags and I am now hesitant to use it in case my new washing machine gets damaged - nobody bothered to contact me!!! I will certainly never buy Skip again.
