crystals in epimax cream

I purchased a tub of epimax at Dischem Clearwater mall upon opening it and using of it I found like some sort of crystals in in almost like a sugar or salt texture im very dissatisfied with this as you might know epimax isn't very cheap and i wouldn't want too loose my money for the product ive always used it in the past and have never had an issue can you sort this matter out for me or exchange it or refund me.
