Comfort Morning Fresh Fabric Softener
I am extremely disappointed that the smell and colour of Comfort Morning Fresh fabric softener has been changed. I used to love the fragrance but now it has a watered down smell - not at all what it used to be like. It is not linked to a certain store as I buy refill sachets from different stores and for the past few months, I have been disappointed each time. I suppose it is time for me to make a change to a different brand. Such a pity that you do not care about customer satisfaction, otherwise you would not have made the unwelcome change.

22 Mar 2025, 12:06Someone from Unilever did call me, trying to convince me that the only thing they changed, was that they removed the Blue dye. When I kept on saying that the fragrance has definitely been tampered with, he finally admitted that they have changed the fragrance as "their customers" have requested a "softer" fragrance. WHAT A JOKE AND LIE!! I am a customer, so are my sisters and NONE of us participated in any such a request!!! There are plenty of different fragrances and if anyone wants a more subtle fragrance they can just buy a different fragrance, more to their liking! I have seen ads from England that shows people now have to buy "Lenore unstoppable fragrance beads" in order to get their washing to smell nice again and I am positive that this is what Unilever is going to bring in so that they can get us to spend more money on their products. I for one, will not fall for that. I will not buy Comfort Fabric Softener again, but will move on to another brand!
