Comfort fabric softener substandard quality
When unilever introduced the Comfort fabric softener the promise was that clothes would smell nicer for longer because of the micro-sized fragrance capsules which soak deep into clothes’ fabric fibres during the wash cycle and break to release bursts of freshness as you move. Lately however Ive noted that the smell doesn’t last at all no matter which scent variant I use. This change in the quality of the product is unacceptable for the price we pay for the regular 800ml. Unilever needs to revert to and deliver the initial product of as advertised and stop misleading consumers.
