Cashier shouting at customer, supervisor ignores

I went to checkers to buy some goods. When I had to pay I found the cashier day dreaming, I then asked if shes open, instead of her answering she kept quiet. WhilesI was unpacking she asked me with a very bad attitude if I want a plastic and rep**** with a yes. Afta paying instead of her packing my goods, she left them as they are. I then called the cashier supervisor to analyse what just happened instead of her fixing the situation she just looked at me and continued watching the cashier shout at me.
