I bought a radox product that I wasn't satisfied with it gave me a itching skin,I phoned univer customerline and spoke to a lady named Terry, she arranged to have the product collected for testing and to replace my purchase. She was friendly helpfull and efficient thumbs up to unilever wish all customerlines was as helpfull as her!!
