Bought 2 6 packs of magnum melted mint
I bought 2 packs of mini magnum mint from checkers pavilion on sunday.<br> <br> I was home within half an hour and put them in the freezer straight away.<br> <br> I opened 2 ice creams on monday evening however they were both completely melted.<br> <br> I have pics of the melted ice cream.<br> <br> I still have 10 of the 12 ice creams left so I'm definitely not raising this complaint for 'free icecream'<br> <br> Thanks

Thank you for contacting us regarding Magnum Mini ice cream you purchased. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. The fact that ice creams were melted would suggest that the product had been heatshocked. This happens when the product is not maintained at the correct temperature, melts and is refrozen. Under these conditions the quality of the product deteriorates. Unfortunately Ola has little control over the cold chain once products are delivered to the store. It is our experience that from time to time the store freezers do not maintain the products at the correct temperature, which could account for the heatshock. Which Checkers did you purchase it from? I will then forward your complaint to our field marketer to check fridges at Checkers. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
