unilever has one of the great after sale customer service , i once bought an ice cream of Gino Ginelli and it was water, it was during festive season when this happened and was very frustrated . I phoned their customer care and explained what happen and they said they will investigate and get back to me . Within the same day they responded and within a week i was issued with a voucher to buy three Gino Ginelli Ice cream without any hassle . i was very impressed with them , keep up the good work .
