bad service

i brought a dstv decorder at pep on the 24 sept 2020 when i went to complain the so called manageer or even claims to be the area manger of pep said that pep has a credited installer while i didnt know about.

people should be awear that pep has poor service people should be awear of such thing our people must not buy products that pep staff are playing with people they intend to say people are mangers while they are not even what their job descripitions says
