Bad follow up.

I have logged a complaint with Unilever about their Ola Magnum dessert that has a sobert texture. My daughter bought us Magnums last week at the Engen One stop and as we were driving off we all complained about it not being creamy. Unilever responded with an explanation and want me to produce a receipt of the purchase but told them my daughter bought it and she is one for not holding onto slips and she said she threw it away in the bin outside the shop. I just want to bring to their attention that the Ola is not creamy but instead more sobert so they should change the wrapper or drop the price because the price does not justify the quality at all. Mc Donald's soft serves are more creamy than ab Ola Magnum Cookies and Cream.
