Avoid OMO Laundry Capsules and UNILEVER who don't replace defective stock

I contacted OMO on 28/10/2022 via fb messenger. They then only forwarded the message to Unilever on 5/11/2022 and I got an email on 8/11/22. Even though I had sent many photo's and all the information I could, they did NOT refer to or look at the many photo's.

Ronelle emailed and wanted all sorts of nonsense eg (Batch Details-all the Manufacture and Expiration dates details printed on the packaging- all the information, as printed on product packaging supp**** by a picture of the expiry date).( not the barcode), Store name, Store Area, Store Location, indicate if it is the 17s or 24s. I emailed back and forth with more photo's and I asked her to kindly call me. She made excuses and continued to waste my time via email. I eventually asked her to get a Rep to fetch their defective product and she made more excuses via email. Clearly Unilever is NOT concerned with client service.

JUST REPLACE YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

I do not remember if it was PNP or Spar, I did not keep a till slip as I did not think WASHING tablets needed a guarantee. Now I sit with something that is all leaky, gooey and strung together and cannot be used because they cant offer me a simple replacement voucher. RIDICULOUS.
