HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call in Dec 2018 to arrange for an R1000 d/o a month towards my FNB loan. Low and behold 8 months later, after the d/o has been going off every month, I start receiving messages from FNB to pay my loan OR ELSE.... Its been more than hour waisted this morning trying to get answers from FNB and UNLILAW!?!?! So as I'm dialing for the 7th time now lets see if this call actually gets picked up...… FNB / UNILAW ANY feedback will be greatly appreciated
