Unify Cases is a possible ****

Very disappointed, I've order the 6th of September 2020 after seeing the ad on Instagram, they sent a confirmation email on the 6th of September. On the 8th of September they sent me an email that my order was sent for handcrafting and printing "This item requires 4-5 business days to handcraft". There is also a quote about COVID that may delay the process... But how long can it take?! I've also emailed several times to follow up but no response at all. There is also no contact number anywhere. AND NOW THE WEBISTE ISN'T AVAILABLE???? This must be a ****!
