Uniformation 3D Printer ****

Uniformation sent me a broken $850 printer, didn't respond for 3 days and couldn't troubleshoot the problem.

They are now giving me the run around telling me to contact Amazon and not cooperative with my refund request after sending me a broken unit.

very disappointed. I'll be going with the Saturn 3 Ultra instead. Severely disappointed in the product quality and quality of services.

They're now aware of this issue and still very slow to respond and resolve the issue.
