Wish i had better service

I have app**** for a loan thats very much needed as i am sick. I submitted all my docs and even accepted a debicheck which means the money can be deducted and i cant stop it but i get an email 6days later saying i cant be paid as i didnt submit all the docs. I have sent several emails attached with required documents. There is even a marked tick ✅ next to income verified. All that needed to be done is for them to actually have a working system. I keep on getting sms's about their superfast thing being offline.
