Won't recommend them as a customer for 2 years with them

Extremely disappointed at Unifi as I have a loan with them which is always paid timeously. I'm waiting for them to disburse funds in my account as I've never missed a payment. They are questioning me numerous times on a paid uo account which I'm struggling to get assistance witn the paid up letter for at the other institution.

Unifi please assist with disbursing my funds. I always pay you on time and have never given you issues.
