USELESS!!!!!!
My account was CLOSED a year ago already but was still showing on my credit report. When i requested a paid up letter, you confirmed that this was closed however the account was now REOPENED on my credit report which is INACCURATE!!!!!!!!!
I have sent numerous emails with no response.
Please update ASAP!!!!!
