Urgent: Unauthorized Debit Attempt & Lack of Response

Since the 3rd of July, I have sent multiple emails regarding the account that was already settled, with only a minor shortfall of R9. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I have not received any response or acknowledgment.

Now, I’ve noticed an attempt to place a DebiCheck of R829 on my account — without any communication, approval, or justification.

Who has authorized this? I have not given consent for this transaction, and I consider it unauthorized and ********.

This is a serious matter. If I do not receive a response with a clear explanation and immediate correction, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the relevant authorities and consider legal action.

I expect a reply as soon as possible.
