Please update my credit profile, still showing old balance

29 May 2023, 08:44Hi Abe, as discussed telephonically, your payment was made on the 25th of May 2023. We send all account updates to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis, by the 9th of each month. The bureau has informed us that it can take up to 7 days to update the report. We tried to call you again as per your request however wasn't successful.
