UNRELIABLE AND FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES
What a terrible experience. I have completed the application process and approved the debi-check mandate and there has been no progress since. All my profile says is “pending”. Called a consultant and they said the amount would be received within 24 hours. It has been over 48 hours now. They said a consultant will contact me back and I have not received any form of feedback and there are no replies to my emails. No communication whatsoever. I am not impressed and would not recommend making use of Unifi’s services. A completely unreliable company.
