Unprofessionalism !

I am very unimpressed with this biased company. I app**** for a loan and after completing my 'employment information' section the application was immediately denied. I found this really strange as I meet all ITC criteria (for context, I am employed at a competitor in the same sector ). I then called the company to inquire why the application was closed out and the agent politely advised me that it was because I did not submit bank statements. I informed her that the application was closed before supporting documents were requested and I was aware of the generic and unknowledgeable response that she was giving me. Long story short, I feel that my application was denied because of where I work which is crazy but I really needed the money. Zero out of 10 and advise your agent to actually figure out the issue instead of using templates for responses.
