Unjust Charges & Harassment Despite Account Settlement

I am demanding immediate clarification and a call from someone senior.

This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I settled my account in full, and your own final statement — issued to me — confirms that not only was the account paid up, but that you in fact owe me R28.

Now, two months later, I receive a threatening message claiming I owe R265 and that I may be blacklisted? On what grounds? There is a final settlement statement from your own records confirming closure in May 2025. What “admin” charges are being added with no explanation or justification?

This is not only misleading, but borderline harassment. For a loan of R4000, I have endured endless back-and-forth, unreasonable interest, and now baseless threats. The experience has been exhausting, unprofessional, and completely disproportionate.

I want this matter resolved immediately and a senior representative to call me without delay.
