UNIFI is inadequate in dealing with clients

Unable to connect them. They removed my debt order on my account and therefore payments have stopped placing me under review. Many payments have been made to them. No contact details that they provide online, is contactable. This is very upsetting and i refuse to pay any additional amounts because of their mistake. I also request that their remove the default status on my credit score
