Unifi Credit Bureau Removal

I paid ip my accounts 2 months ago and they haven’t removed me from the credit bureau. I have asked them multiple times when it will be resolved but no one has ever reposed to me. They sit on your neck to remind you of payments but cannot offer you and proper service once you have settled your accounts. This is honestly so frustrating and such horrible customer service.
