Unifi charges extra fee after loan date has completed !!

I have been charged an extra fee after my last instalment on a 3 month loan that ended and was debited for the last instalment on the 16 January 2026. I have emailed and no response. My loan now says it is in arreares of R68.90 as this amount was added after the load was supose to be paid and closed on the 16 January as i had met the loan term from november to January. 3 months. I find this unfair ********* and fradulent as how can you be charged an extra fee after the loan term has completed. ??? !!! no no no watch out poeople !!
