UniFi ****

I app**** for a loan on sunday to boost my credit score, Over the next 5 days I received my loan agreement and accepted my debicheck mandate which already is not as instant as the website claims. In all this time I did not actually receive the loan. Today I get an sms saying Unifi had to cancel the loan because my salary does not get paid into the account they activated the debicheck mandate on. not once did they ask me for bank details, they activated the debicheck on an account of their choosing and now they cancel it.

whats MOST infuriating is the fact that the debicheck mandate is still active, I cant cancel it on my side and they dont respond to any emails or calls. Ive demanded they cancel the debicheck on their side to no avail. Now I will be forced to report them and their actions to the NCR and report the whole transaction as *****. I simply refuse to pay upwards of 1k on a **** like this.
