*********** Team Leaders and Finance Team - Disgusting Service

They debited my account on the 14th of December and on the 15th I requested settlement quotes and made payments to close two of my accounts. It took them several calls and a full week to reconcile my accounts accordingly and when they finally did, a Team Leader advised I made an over payment, qnd refunded my account. Now I'm receiving messages saying my account is in arrears for the very same amount and they are refusing to hold their Team Leader accountable, and are forcing me to make payment immediately, and do not want to remove the arrears status on my account. Instead they're offering me the option to make a payment arrangement as if I'm in the wrong. The consultants keep saying the account is in arrears however, their Team Leaders keep saying it's not. The incompetence is really overwhelming.
