Stuck in a loop

Service not as promised. I have app**** for a loan online which promised sameday payout.It has been almost a week since my application has been on 88%. With countless calls and emails sent by me,I just get stuck in a loop hole by them telling me things and not following through. They send sms an email stating that they can not get hold of me at work while I called them from work. Then telling me that they will send debicheck,which never happened. Then messages and mail 3 days in a row stating that I will have an answer by the end of the day,but nothing. It is frustrating calling them everytime,being put on hold for 15mins at a time to get the same answers everytime waisting my airtime,but nothing follow through,there is no progress on my application.
