Stop opening accounts on my credit report!!
I have paid all my loans with you and have not taken one for more than 3 months but you reopen the old loans I had with you which drops my credit score as I currently have no accounts open with you but on my credit report it says I have 2 "open or current" loans with you. Please contact me to fix this
