Settlement of loan

I made a payment to settle one of my loans and my payment has still jot reflected yet it was fnb to fnb emails have been sent with proof of payment and settlement amount valid till today but account not closed. Loan Ref ***. I would like this account to be closed today. I will not be answering any calls and will only correspond via email.
