Poor service with consultants promising to call but don’t. It’s an inconvenience!

I app**** for a loan on Unifi last week. Sent everything they required on their end but I don’t get any communication on progress of application and what is happening after requesting things from me. Instead I keep calling always finding out what’s the status. I’ll be transferred from one department to another with consultants saying they’ll call me back to complete the application for me to receive the funds I requested. This is not on. It’s either I receive the money or I don’t qualify, it’s that simple. What is happening? When are the people who need to call me back calling me? Same thing happened today, I called twice with the same feedback. It’s honestly appalling. Can I get someone to finish my application and process those funds? It’s really not fair.
