Poor service from Unifi SA
This lending company have you do all the paperwork, then they never come back to you. If your application was unsuccessful they should tell you. Pathetic

07 Dec 2022, 09:00Hi Rick, we do apologise for the delay in responds on your application. We can confirm that we are sending out emails and sms's as soon as we receive your application online. Please do keep in mind that your first application does take a little while to process as we need to get to know you a little better by doing one manual security check. Unfortunately, this can only happen if we are in the office from 8am till 5pm from Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8am till 1pm. We are happy to confirm that the application has been approved and you should've received the cash in your account on the morning of the 1st of December . We have tried calling to confirm this, however could not reach you. Thank you for choosing Unifi , hope we've made life easier.
