Poor service

I requested my settlement quote and I was assured that it was sent, this was on Thursday. Today is Sunday and nothing has come through. I even requested it from their site and nothing had come through. I borrowed money from them yes but now I want to pay it back and this is messing with my financial plans. It’s as if they don’t want me to close their account. This is not on, I am one dissatisfied client and I am never approaching them again. I will also publish this on my social media platforms to raise awareness about this company!!!!
