Poor service

I've settled this loan March 25th but it still appears on my credit report. When I try to contact them no replies on emails. On calls you are transfered up until you decide to hang up with no assistant. Or they would either say it's being escalated everytime I call them. Poor service guys you have been warned! I'm still battling this issue with them.
