Poor management
I have paid off two of the accounts I had with them but none of them have been moved and now they are saying I owe them both account were debited on the 15 December and later I settled the remaining balance

06 Jan 2026, 11:35Now when I call them I am being told on their side they are seeing nothing and I was transferred to another department then the call it got disconnected I called again same thing was done I just want this issue to be removed and my account to be fixed
