Hi Abie, we'd love to make life easier and we're doing our best to update your account. As discussed we send all account updates to the credit bureau on the 9th of each month. The bureau has informed us that it can take up to 7 days to update the report however we will resend the request to the bureau. If anything is unclear, please do inform us and we will get back to you to make life easy.
