PAYMENT NOT UPDATED

i am being harassed by you guys and ive had it. I made a payment to your account as you requested for the 3 accounts that were outstanding. These payments were made on the 24th of MAY already yet till today im being told i am in arrears! If UNIFI is telling me this almost a whole month after making payments this means they are messing with my credit scoring! ive sent proof of payments on 3seperate occasions twice to ***it and another to ***it WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE DOING WITH THESE PROOF OF PAYMENTS IF THEY CANT UPDATE THAT A PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. i dont know how many times i explained that i used the account numbers as reference numbers not my ID number!
