Paid in arrears and they deducted on my account

Have accounts with unifi, so the debit orders went off and the balance was short so they sent me a msg to pay in 2600 which i did pay using ozow, now they went back to my account and deducted the 2600 again, i have been trying to call and cant get through like ozow goes immediately why couldnt they see that payment has been made?
