Not good this time
Normally the service is great, how ever this time its not even worth the effort. I submitted my Bank statement 3 times after trying to do this online which also failed 3 times, Each email advises me to go online and do the self service. I did this. now i have emailed them this simply does not work. and attached my statements once again. still waiting. I am not use this bad service.
