No money paid into account !

Terribly disappointed in the service received.... my mother app**** for a loan on the 15th Sept , was approved 16th Sept and money was supposedly paid into her account ... it is now the 18th and she has not received a single cent..... after multiple calls to unifi they advised moneys were repaid but still nothing ! Yet her debit order will go off at the end of the month!!!
